Do you offer a collection and delivery service?
Unfortunately this is not something we can offer at the moment, please accept our apologies.
Do you walk or exercise the dogs?
Every dog is given a daily playtime in one of our three outdoor play areas (weather permitting). We rotate each kennel individually, so that no dog mixes with another. However, they are able to see other dogs playing at the same time.
How much will it cost for accommodating my pet(s)?
What do you provide for my pet?
We provide all pet food, beds, bedding and feeding bowls. It is also acceptable to bring along your own food or bedding, but we DO NOT allow any large or bulky bedding, duvets, pillows, sleeping bags or bean bags.
What if my pet requires medication or special food supplements?
Any special dietary food requirements or specific medications are accurately adhered to during our normal working day. Please note, we cannot cater for either of these outside of our normal working hours (8am – 5pm).
Can I view your facilities?
Anyone is welcome to view our facilities anytime between the hours of 11am and 3pm daily – no appointment is necessary.
What is your policy should my pet fall ill?
Any ailments or illnesses will be treated by our local vet on call. We will also make contact with you for guidance and your vet details (registered on our system) will be used by our vet for your pets medical history, should this be necessary.
If your pet should suffer an infectious disease, we have strict procedures in place to isolate any affected pets for the safety and protection of our other boarders. Regardless of our strict and responsible vaccination due diligence, infectious viruses can go undetected during incubation periods and for this reason, we cannot accept any responsibility for any medical costs should there be any outbreaks.
